What You Need

• A black or red marker (or body-safe paint)
• A cup of water or wine
• A cloth or towel
• Optional: collar, cuffs, or item of restraint
• A safe outdoor space, or open window/balcony

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Bare Your Chest & Kneel
At sunset or moonrise, kneel shirtless outside. Let your skin feel the air. Press both palms to the ground and breathe: 8 counts in, 8 counts out, for 3 full rounds.

2. Mark Yourself with These Symbols
Draw three symbols on your chest in a vertical line from collarbone to solar plexus:

• ∞ (Infinity) – eternal devotion and surrender

As you draw each, whisper:
