Report Card Day Has Arrived

Today is Report Card Day, a new system I’ve introduced for our volunteer subs. Each one receives a performance review based on a simple pass or fail in several key areas: Obedience, Attention to Detail, Consistency, Punctuality, Respectfulness, Engagement with the Community, Enthusiasm and Initiative, and Accountability.
After that, I review their accomplishments and total good-boy points earned for the month.
Next comes Opportunities for Improvement, where I identify areas that need attention. This section also includes their punishment points, along with any necessary instructions if they’re participating in our punishment lashing protocol.
The final section is for Domme Comments. I’ve added mine, and I’ve invited other Dommes who’ve worked with each sub to leave their thoughts as well.
For now, these report cards are private and will only be shared with the sub, his direct line of command (Oversight Domme, Mistress Heather, and Madam Nora), and his sponsor sub. However, I am submitting a resolution to the Conclave proposing a quarterly report card review to be presented to the full Conclave. Stay tuned for more on that.
That said, I do want to take a moment to brag about my four owned-boys — exibishboy, eleven, subjay, and mommieslittlepet. All four received exceptional marks and each one broke Magazine records for most good-boy points earned in a single month. I can very well say I am proud of these boys.
I’m putting the finishing touches on their report cards now and will be emailing them shortly. After that, I’ll finalize my full Monthly Report, outlining exactly where all of our subs stand in terms of rewards and punishments for April. Proud Domme moment! 💙
Thank you both for the kind words mentioned above not just from me but all of us volunteers. The the work, effort and support that goes far beyond what I ever expected when i nervously submitted my application to volunteer here but I am positive that it was a great choice and I wouldn’t hesitate to make it again.
Each week my expectations on what I will take away are blown away without fail, I cannot thank you all enough for this. But also for helping guide my journey and help me be a better version of me.

Reading the report card was a highlight of my experience here at Femdom U. i look forward to contributing much more content and also discovering real and deeper levels of submission, fearless honesty, and the freedom to express uninhibited affection and adoration for You and all the Dommes of Femdom U. 🙏
