Respect Your Sleep Schedule

Your body repairs itself during sleep. Lack of rest leads to lowered testosterone, poor mental function, mood swings, and slower reflexes. That’s a recipe for disobedience and poor performance. A good submissive respects his bedtime. If you wouldn’t stand up your Domme, don’t stand up your own recovery. Get your 7 to 8 hours.

    I must say occasionally I don’t listen to my body saying rest. But there are times when I know my body needs extra and will just call it a night early.

    I hadn’t ever really tracked my sleep before, but a new check in protocol has me recording it each morning so will be interesting to see any impact more or less has.

      I think I could get by with a little less sleep but, I have trouble getting 6 or 7 continuous hours of sleep, keep waking up. I’ve started to melatonin to help with that.
