I have recently gotten back on Snapchat, which I am asking myself why. I use Snapchat to promote events I am part of, promote this site and blog, also my advice column. I have been getting texts, calls from these dusty ass random men, asking if I am single (which I am not), where do I live, do, most of these men don’t even live in the United States,wanna call me on video chat. They also ask, if I have any kids (I have a 29 year old son), I tell them I am seeing someone, they still don’t care.i block almost every man that contacts me there. They have 0 manners, then with the dick pics. Gross. By the way, I report the dick pics, videos, all inappropriate acts. If I don’t answer their messages, they keep texting until I tell them to stop or I block them. Enough is enough. We women deserve respect and better than that. Snapchat is a meat market predatory site for women.
Sadly, it’s not just Snapchat, it’s everywhere. I don’t know what the cause is, but it seems like so many men just don’t know how to talk respectfully to a woman, regardless of any dynamics.
My Wife and I met on PlentyOfFish (is that even still around?), and one of the main reasons she started talking to me is because I didn’t message her with “Hey Baby!” Almost every interaction she had on there started that way, and usually included dick pics. Dudes didn’t even wash first.

I’ve been doing the same thing lately, getting back on these socials, and honestly I don’t even know why. Nothing out there for me but foolishness. You think I’m about to find somebody worthwhile digging through unsolicited dick pics and disrespectful comments? Please.
And let me say this, what in the world makes a grown man think sending a picture of his stiffie over a toilet is a proper introduction? Baby, if that’s how you plan to come at me, don’t even waste your time. Put that pathetic thing away and keep moving.
Some of y’all weren’t raised right, and it shows. Cause if I had a son acting like that, oh I would’ve straightened him out quick, fast, and in a hurry. Don’t play with me.
