Part of our Volunteer Service Sub Program includes rankings—each sub carries a title based on their level of contribution and commitment. This Wednesday, the Staff Dommes will be meeting, and one of the key items on our agenda will be promotions for our volunteers.

I have two subs that I’ve put forward for promotion. During the meeting, I’ll present my reasoning to the other Dommes, and they will have the opportunity to speak for or against each nomination.

Once discussion is complete, we’ll vote. For a promotion to proceed, it requires 100% approval. If even one Domme votes no, the sub will not advance this round.
