Some positions are meant to show obedience, while others express readiness or service. The one that speaks to me the most is Position 4, because it reminds me that submission begins with mindset before action.

Whenever I settle into this position, everything else seems to fade away. It becomes easier to stop overthinking, let go of control, and simply focus on listening and learning. I see it as a quiet expression of respect, trust, and my willingness to accept guidance without hesitation.
