Men’s Health Month — Because Obedience Means Staying Alive
Welcome to Men’s Health Month at FemdomU Magazine. We’re dedicating June to something far too many submissive men ignore until it’s almost too late: their own health.
This year’s campaign is being led by our very own NurseDomme Jessica, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with her approach. She’s bringing her signature mix of precision, practicality, and ruthless care to a month-long editorial focus on everything that keeps our boys alive, obedient, and functional.
And make no mistake, Dommes—this month is about you too. Whether he’s your husband, your plaything, your pet, or your live-in footstool, his health is your concern. You own him, after all. And ownership comes with responsibility.
What to Expect This Month
Every week in June, we’ll be publishing new material in our Health & Safety section. This content is designed to empower both sides of the D/s dynamic with tools, insights, and structure:
- New Sub’s Corner essays from submissive men reflecting on fitness, aging, illness, injury, and health-related discipline
- How-To guides for Dommes on building morning wellness rituals, using pegging for prostate care, performing testicle inspections, enforcing bedtime and medication routines
- Lifestyle features covering topics like cardio training, submissive self-neglect, body positivity, and how to spot when punishment veers too close to self-harm
- Daily Men’s Health Quickie – Jessica will be posting a daily men’s health quickie in the blog – a great way to check off all the important things throughout the month.
We’ll also spotlight two special events:
- Men’s Health Week: June 10–16
- Blue Monday: June 17
For Blue Monday, we’re organizing a playful but poignant photo ritual. We’re asking Dommes everywhere to post a photo of their sub in nothing but blue socks—or, if you prefer, one blue sock covering his cock—and share. We’ll publish your sub’s photos along with all of our boys, reminding them all that submissive men’s health matters.
Health Is a Shared Responsibility
To the subs reading this: your health is your duty.
Not your Domme’s burden.
A sick, tired, or neglected body is not one that serves well. Don’t make her remind you to hydrate. Don’t make her check if you’ve taken your meds. And don’t wait for a crisis to address what you already know needs fixing.
And Dommes? Don’t let them slack.
If you can control his orgasms, you can damn well control his protein intake and bedtime.
Health is obedience. Inspections are your right. Maintenance is your command. And if he fails? Correct him. If he succeeds? Reward him. But never let his self-neglect go unnoticed.
This month, we honor a form of Femdom that doesn’t just dominate—it strengthens, nurtures, protects, and sustains.
Because he can’t serve if he’s falling apart.
And a good Domme never lets her property deteriorate.
Happy Men’s Health Month, my darlings.
Now… open wide and say, “Yes, Nurse.”

I’ll open with a “Yes Nurse”. But in addition it’s great to see that the magazine has chosen to highlight this topic.
I’m also honoured that I can be a part of it here.
This is all to true though, the stereotype has been that we are the strong provider and this is what society expect. But this isn’t the whole case, or the only case.
If my time here has taught me anything it would be: It’s ok to be vulnerable, and that I am enough.
I can and will still strive to be better, but I must remember that what I’m doing now is also enough. Don’t get me wrong I do want to be a better submissive and that I have plenty to learn still.
