Missed Deadlines, Hard Lessons: Accountability at FemdomU Magazine

Dear Readers,

As a growing startup, we’re working hard to build relationships with advertisers and grow our audience, all while providing value to you. It’s essential that we maintain consistency, publish on deadlines, and deliver what we promise. Unfortunately, this week, our team failed to meet a major deadline: our Autumn Special Edition didn’t make it out on time. While it’s disappointing, I want to take this moment to talk about accountability here at FemdomU Magazine.

As Editor-in-Chief, I take full responsibility for our missed deadline. Ultimately, it is my failure, and I take that very seriously. I am tremendously disappointed and resolve to make sure things change and improve. My high standards made it difficult to admit we couldn’t accomplish it in time.

However, I also need to hold others accountable.

Miss Heather, who has been doing an excellent job filling in as content editor while Shawn is away, faced delays in receiving content from some of our other Dommes. While it was ultimately Heather’s responsibility to ensure deadlines were met, she has agreed to enlist help from the boys to prevent future delays.

Next, duckie, who is responsible for keeping things running smoothly and alerting me to issues, dropped the ball. Instead of alerting me to problems early, he tried to shield the staff and waited until it was too late. duckie’s first priority should always be me, and I will remind him of that tonight with the rod. While he is on my rack, I expect he will beg me to forgive him. We’ll see. He will also be offline this weekend, except for queuing up the newsletter.

Lastly, Zeek, our website manager, has been juggling too many roles, and in doing so, missed a significant opportunity with a potential sponsor. I’ve already addressed this with him, but instead of punishing him directly, I’ve reached out to his wife, who agreed she’d punish him. They are in the middle of Zeek’s current reward period for his performance in his latest femdom challenge, but she assured me she’ll take care of his punishment once she is finished with his reward. Zeek will share the details with you when he writes his article.

To our valued readers, I apologize for the delay, but rest assured, the Autumn Special Edition will be out soon, and it’s packed with exciting content. We’re gearing up for Kinktober with contests, prizes, Halloween-themed stories, and daily updates throughout October.

To our sponsors, thank you for your patience and support. We’re growing every day, attracting new readers and subscribers, and I promise we’ll continue to deliver value to both you and our audience.

Stay tuned for more!

Warmest regards,
Madam Nora Sinclair
