This resolution calls upon the Conclave to collectively evaluate, rate, and formally conscript the volunteer submissive known as mommieslittlepet into a 90-day obedience workout protocol under the direction of his Command Domme, Mizz Geena.

During the Discussion Period, Conclave members are encouraged to provide open, critical assessments of the sub’s current physical condition using his pre-gym photo set. Feedback should focus on areas of improvement, encouragement, or commentary on his bodily discipline.

This resolution requests a formal Conclave Dick Rating for the volunteer submissive known as Eleven. Upon passage of this resolution, the Dommes of the Conclave shall each submit individual numerical ratings (1 to 10) and optional comments in six distinct categories:

By unanimous vote of the Conclave, Zeek Strong is hereby commanded to comply with what his wife, Mrs. Annie Strong, refers to as her Oral Command. Specifically, Zeek is ordered to cease use of his safeword in objection to performing oral sex on a male, when so instructed by Mrs. Annie Strong. He is further commanded to complete this act within 25 days of this resolution passing. Upon completion, Zeek shall write and publish a personal blog entry in theWHIP, describing the experience in detail for the benefit and education of the community.

This resolution seeks the opinion of the Conclave regarding an active editorial policy already in place at FemdomU Magazine: the removal of the term “slave” and related terminology from all published content. This includes the glossary, article submissions, captions, and contributor materials. The editorial guide currently in use replaces terms such as “slave” and “slave owner” with alternatives including “property,” “owned and collared,” and “Owner.”

This is a discussion only resolution that follows Resolution 1.4 passed unanimously during Conclave I, wherein the Conclave formally recognized March 14 as a designated FemdomU holiday. This resolution instructs the members of the Conclave to now begin the process of naming this annual observance and determining its celebratory customs.

This resolution amends the Conclave Charter to define the formal process of Conclave membership

Be it resolved that the Domme Conclave of FemdomU formally declares the Magazine, its Conclave, and all affiliated projects to be part of an Educational Matriarchy.

This resolution establishes the FemdomU Code of Conduct for Dommes, to be observed by all Staff and Guest Dommes of the Magazine. The purpose of this Code is to articulate professional standards of behavior, ensure consistent treatment of submissives, and uphold the values and reputation of FemdomU as we expand our community.

The Conclave affirms and adopts the directive known as Content is Queen as an official guiding principle of the Magazine. All Dommes and volunteer submissives are expected to prioritize the documentation, transformation, and sharing of FemdomU interactions, teachings, and lifestyle moments into publishable material for the benefit of our readership and community.
