3.4 FemdomU Code of Conduct for Dommes

Official Text of the Resolution:
This resolution establishes the FemdomU Code of Conduct for Dommes, to be observed by all Staff and Guest Dommes of the Magazine. The purpose of this Code is to articulate professional standards of behavior, ensure consistent treatment of submissives, and uphold the values and reputation of FemdomU as we expand our community.
The Code includes, but is not limited to, the following principles:
- Respect: Dommes shall treat all members of the Magazine community, including other Dommes and submissives, with professional courtesy. Power exchange does not excuse personal cruelty, harassment, or intentional humiliation outside the bounds of consensual dynamics.
- Discretion: Dommes agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive matters shared within the Conclave, as well as the private details of any submissive engagements, including tasks, photos, and correspondence.
- Accountability: Dommes will take responsibility for their assigned tasks, communications, and decisions, including those made in disciplinary contexts. Misuse of authority or negligence in Dominant leadership may be brought before the Conclave for review.
- Boundaries and Consent: Dommes will respect the physical and psychological boundaries of all submissives and practice active, informed consent. Coercion, even within D/s frameworks, must always remain within negotiated limits.
- Collaboration: Dommes will support the shared mission of the Magazine and the Conclave by participating in votes, discussions, and community-building efforts, and by contributing to a healthy power-exchange culture rooted in mutual growth.
This resolution will be discussed and may be amended prior to final vote. Upon passage, the finalized Code of Conduct will be added to the Conclave Charter and referenced in all onboarding materials for new Dommes.
Options for Your Vote:
- Yes – Adopt the proposed Code of Conduct and finalize its inclusion in the Charter
- No – Do not adopt the Code of Conduct at this time
- Vote to Amend – Approve the resolution in concept, but propose specific edits to the current text

As we prepare to grow our circle with more Guest Dommes, it’s time we formally define what it means to be part of this leadership. Power is not the absence of rules, it’s what gives us the responsibility to wield our authority well. This Code sets expectations not to limit us, but to elevate us. We are not just Dommes; we are FemdomU Dommes, and that distinction should mean something.
This is going to be very important as we consider bringing on more Guest Dommes. I encourage us all to really read through this – let’s get it right. If you want to add something, change something – feel free to discuss here and then if you think your changes are important, vote with an amendment. We don’t need this fast – we need it right.

This is a super important update to keep our ideals, our methods, or structure in place as we bring on new Guest Dommes. Don’t get me wrong – we want to add to our conclave with additional voices and ideas – but at the core, we need to maintain our principles.
