Volunteer Service Sub Program Details

What is the FemdomU Volunteer Service Sub Program?

The FemdomU Volunteer Service Sub Program is designed for submissives who are eager to contribute content for publication in the magazine. Contributions may include writing articles, poetry, or short stories, creating artwork, submitting photos, or producing videos. If your content meets the magazine’s quality standards and can be utilized, you may be invited to join as a Volunteer Service Sub.

Be Part of our Team

Once accepted, Volunteer Service Subs gain a special status with a ranking system that grows as they make more contributions to the magazine. This role allows you to interact with the magazine’s staff-submissives and occasionally engage with our Dommes. (review the Communication Protocol below)

Volunteer Program Team Members

  • Command Domme: Mizz Geena is leading the entire program, and will be overseeing all contributions from the Volunteer service subs.
  • Project Manager: duckie is managing the project and works directly with the Volunteers.
  • Oversight Domme: subs who are accepted into this program will be assigned to one of our staff Dommes who will oversee all of their work, assign tasks and content-related assignments.
  • Sponsor sub: A member of our team of staff subs will be assigned as your sponsor. They will be responsible for all of your content submissions and act as your primary contact with the magazine as a Volunteer.

Tasks and Assignments

The Domme will assign both tasks and content-related assignments. Tasks may vary, such as commenting on articles or participating in polls, while content assignments will align with your skills. For example, if you express that poetry isn’t your forte, your Domme won’t assign you a poem. Participation is always voluntary—subs have the freedom to decline any task or assignment, but continued engagement will influence a sub’s standing within the program. We’ll make sure to get a comprehensive list of the skills and abilities you have and are willing to share in your service to the magazine.

Content Submissions

Here’s some of the content a volunteer can provide as part of their service:

  • Articles for the Sub’s Corner
  • Stories about your Submission
  • Photos
  • Artwork
  • Reviews
  • Poetry
  • Graphic Images
  • Videos
  • Fiction
  • Femdom Memes

Volunteer to Watch Porn!

We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to help us curate the best femdom porn for FemdomWish.com and HeScreams.com! By watching videos from our streaming partners, tagging, and rating them, you’ll play a key role in bringing the hottest free femdom content to our visitors. Join a group of like-minded subs working on this project and take your viewing to the next level. After all, if you’re already watching porn, why not enjoy videos assigned to you as a task by one of our Dommes?

Additional Ways To Contribute

In addition, volunteer service subs can assist with:

  • Leaving Comments on Posts
  • Helping us beta-test new site features
  • Proofreading
  • Research
  • Social Marketing
  • Advertising
  • Business Operations
  • Image tagging, indexing
  • Video curation on FemdomWish and HeScreams
  • Video discovery for our streaming sites
  • Create GIFs from our femdom videos
  • WordPress & Divi website development and design
  • Be an early voter in our Kennel Polls (coming soon)
  • Perhaps you have other skills?

Volunteer Service Sub Ranking System

Every sub starts as a “Novice Servant.” Based on your contributions, your supervising Domme can nominate you for a promotion. The Domme staff will then vote, and if approved, you will advance in rank. This title will be reflected in your bylines for any magazine contributions, and you can use your official FemdomU title in email signatures, resumes, or social network profiles. Wear your submission as a badge of honor!

Volunteer Service Sub I – Novice Servant: This is the entry-level rank, given to those who have just begun submitting content. They are learning the ropes and proving their dedication to the Dommes and the Magazine.

Volunteer Service Sub IIDevoted Contributor: This status is awarded to those who have consistently submitted quality content and have demonstrated a growing understanding of the Magazine’s needs. Their contributions are regular and valuable.

Volunteer Service Sub III Obedient Servitor: At this level, the Volunteer has become a trusted and reliable content creator. They have earned recognition from the Dommes for their quality submissions and dedication. They are expected to take on more challenging or specialized tasks.

Volunteer Service Sub IV – Trusted Subordinate: This rank signifies a high level of service and loyalty. Volunteers at this level are often selected for special tasks or receive exclusive opportunities to assist in more intricate projects for the Magazine.

Volunteer Service Sub V – Exalted Thrall: The highest rank, reserved for those who have provided an exceptional amount of high-quality content and have fully earned the Dommes’ trust. Exalted Thralls are often called upon for major contributions and may enjoy direct interaction with the Dommes in more significant roles.

This tiered system reflects increasing responsibility, devotion, and recognition in serving FemdomU Magazine, emphasizing loyalty and high-quality content contributions.

FemdomU Magazine: Email Protocol for Communicating with Dommes – Volunteer Service Sub Version

Email Protocol for Communicating with Dommes

When sending an email to a Domme, a sub should approach it with the same respect and reverence as if speaking to her directly, face-to-face. Each message is an opportunity to show respect, demonstrate humility, and honor the dynamic that exists between Domme and sub. Always address the Domme with the understanding that she is extending her time and attention to you; even the act of reading your message is a privilege, not an expectation. Should the Domme choose to respond, consider this a mark of her favor—a gift to be received with sincere gratitude. Communication should be clear, and respectful, and always maintain a submissive tone, reflecting the honor it is to have any level of correspondence with her. Remember, every message is a reflection of your devotion and willingness to serve.

Volunteer Service Subs are granted a special opportunity to communicate with the Dommes. It should be understood that a sub should never, under any circumstance, expect any Domme to provide them with a reply. This includes your assigned Oversight Domme. Remember, your Sponsor sub is your primary contact for your assignments and tasks. Direct communication with the Dommes, even your Oversight Domme, must be initiated by her.

Overview:
When communicating with any of the Dommes at FemdomU Magazine through their official FemdomU email addresses or contact forms, all messages are initially screened by the magazine’s service sub, duckie. He is responsible for filtering appropriate communications and forwarding those that meet the guidelines outlined below. Please follow these essential rules to ensure your communication is respectful and aligned with our standards.

General Guidelines:

  1. Initial Screening by duckie:
    • All emails or messages sent to our Dommes will first be screened by duckie. Only those that meet the criteria below will be forwarded for the Domme’s consideration.
    • Dommes at FemdomU generally do not engage in back-and-forth correspondence with submissives. Therefore, messages should be expressions of devotion, respect, or worship rather than conversational.
  2. No Expectation of Response:
    • While your message may reach the Domme, responses are not guaranteed. The acknowledgment lies in knowing that the Domme has had the opportunity to read your message, not in receiving a reply.
    • If a Domme chooses to reply, the response will usually be relayed through duckie.
  3. duckie as the Intermediary:
    • duckie manages all email traffic between you and the Dommes. Direct replies from the Dommes are rare, and any response you receive will typically come via duckie.
    • In special circumstances, a Domme may choose to email you directly, but do not abuse this privilege, and never share a Domme’s personal work email with others.
  4. The Volunteer Service Sub Subclause – General Guidelines
    • Volunteer Service subs (vss) are allowed limited exceptions to the above general guidelines, as laid out in this clause.
    • Your Sponsor sub: As a vss, most of your communication will go through your “sponsor sub” who will be assigned after you sign your contract. He will relay communications between you and your Oversight Domme.
    • On rare occasions, your Oversight Domme may chose to reach out and communicate with you directly during certain projects. In these instances, be respectful and do not abuse this privilege by over-emailing her.

Communication Rules:

  1. Be Direct and Honest:
    • Clearly state the purpose of your email without unnecessary embellishments. Honesty is key—do not exaggerate or misrepresent your devotion.
  2. Be Polite and Respectful:
    • Always communicate with the utmost respect, using proper titles and polite language when addressing any Domme.
    • Avoid any aggressive or overly familiar tones. Communication with our Dommes is a privilege, not a right.
  3. No Repeated Messages:
    • Do not send repeated messages or ask the same question more than once. If duckie forwards your message, it will be seen. Repeated attempts are unnecessary and could result in being blocked from further communication.
  4. No Unsolicited Photos:
    • Never send photos unless explicitly requested. Sending unsolicited images will result in immediate filtering, and future communication may be blocked.
  5. Devotional Messages Only:
    • Messages should focus on expressions of devotion, submission, or respectful inquiries. Avoid sending personal requests, complaints, or unrelated content.
  6. The Volunteer Service Sub Subclause – Communication Rules
    • A vss will be communicating on additional topics related to their tasks and assignments.
      • When communicating with their sponsor sub, the vss should feel free to communicate openly
      • When communicating with a Domme, or sending a message for the Domme, their communications need to continue to maintain the same level of decorum and respect.

Special Privileges:
On rare occasions, a Domme may decide to engage directly with a submissive. If this happens, the submissive should continue to follow all communication guidelines and never abuse this privilege. Always respect the Domme’s time and discretion, and never share any personal contact information with others.

Final Note:
The Dommes of FemdomU are interested in receiving your virtual expressions of devotion, submission, and worship. However, they are not seeking personal, in-person submission, nor are they asking for money or tributes. The mission of FemdomU Magazine is to promote the understanding and acceptance of Femdom dynamics while supporting a virtual community of submissive men who seek to better serve their Dommes. Communicating with the Dommes should reflect this mission and be treated with respect and care.
