3.2 Amendment to Define Conclave Membership Process

Official Text of the Resolution:
This resolution amends the Conclave Charter to define the formal process of Conclave membership.

1. Staff Dommes are automatically full members of the Conclave and are expected to participate in discussions and votes.
2. Guest Dommes become eligible for Conclave membership when Madam Nora bestows upon them the title of Guest Domme of the Magazine.
3. The Directors of the Conclave then vote whether to add the new Guest Domme to the FemdomU Conclave.
4. If the Directors agree, the Guest Domme of the Magazine is elevated to Provisional Member status and granted provisional voting rights.
5. At the next available session, a resolution is introduced and put to a vote by all current Conclave members to formally welcome her.
6. If any Domme votes “Objection,” she may share her reasoning privately with Madam Nora. The final decision on the Domme’s full membership will be made by Madam Nora, typically before the Conclave results are published.

This amendment shall be added as a new section under Chapter I of the Conclave Charter.

• YES – Amend the Charter with this new definition of Conclave membership.
• NO – Do not make any changes to the current Charter.
• VOTE TO AMEND – Propose changes to this text before it is adopted.

By distinguishing between contributors who are actively engaged in governance and those who choose to focus on other aspects of their involvement, we ensure that voting responsibilities remain with those who are regularly participating in Conclave matters. This structure protects momentum without closing the door to any Domme who wishes to step into a fuller role.
