I combined February and March into a single review period and conducted formal evaluations with our three staff subs yesterday. As I mentioned previously, all three are now under orders for corrective measures.
Let’s begin with our lead sub, Zeek. He has done a tremendous amount for the Magazine, but he has fallen unacceptably behind on website updates, course layouts, and his own assigned content. As lead sub, he is expected to set the standard, and I do give him more latitude than most. However, the other Dommes have begun to notice the gaps as well. Corrective action for Zeek is primarily work focused, with strict deadlines now in place. In addition, our Associate Command Domme, his wife, will be administering 100 punishment lashings.
Levi continues to test my patience. He was already on a corrective action plan and has once again fallen behind. With the aggressive content schedule we have planned over the next two months, there is simply no room for procrastination. His corrective action will be handled by his owner and fiancée. Each weekend, he will be placed on full lockdown until his assignments are complete. This is literal. Bound to a chair, laptop in front of him, no distractions until the work is done. He will also receive 100 punishment lashings.
duckie, who is usually one of our most reliable boys, has also slipped. Most notably, he caused delays in the launch of Conclave V. While he is not solely responsible, missing an important email delayed a legal review Madam Nora had in progress, and that delay cascaded into missed deadlines and an important Conclave still unopened. On top of that, duckie is responsible for the final stage of publication, ensuring content is properly posted to the site. Corrective action has already begun. Madam Nora has addressed the issue with him directly, and I am already seeing improvement. Additionally, duckie will be taking physical lashings at the upcoming punishment ceremony for all accumulated marks across the group, including his own. I am confident this will refocus him.
Now, to the volunteers. Overall, they did much, much better than the staff boys.
exibishboy has returned to our stable of male models, and I am happy to have him back. He earned 260 good boy points, primarily through consistent modeling submissions, and only 10 bad boy marks. His main area for improvement is engagement. I expect more active commenting.
eleven continues to impress. With my encouragement, he is leaning further into his kinks and clearly enjoying himself. He is currently being shared among the Dommes, giving others the opportunity to work with him. He earned a strong 550 good boy points, with only 10 bad boy points for low engagement in comments.
boxingglovelove remains one of my favorites. Creative, devoted, and a strong contributor when he applies himself. His fiction work continues to stand out, especially within my GeenaLovesMike universe. However, his recent performance has been lacking. He earned 300 good boy points for his writing, but also accumulated 105 bad boy points due to missed deadlines. Many of them. I was lenient in this evaluation, but I expect significant improvement in April, and I will be watching closely.
mr. sub continues to provide valuable financial support as one of Madam Nora’s early backers. While he contributes on the business side, he consistently fails to complete assigned tasks. His total stands at 100 good boy points and 80 bad boy points for this period.
anonsub remains a good boy, though currently inactive with us as he serves his owner elsewhere. We expect his return later this month.
thanuj has been a breakout success. A new sub who quickly embraced structure, he signed control of his orgasms over to me early and has been an excellent participant as I develop new training concepts. He is also being shared among the Dommes for introduction and play. He earned an impressive 750 good boy points, largely from modeling and blog contributions, with only 25 bad boy points. One of those was for his penis not smiling, which tells you everything you need to know about how things operate around here.
usagi earned a respectable 190 good boy points, primarily through active commenting and engagement on the site. This is valuable, as it encourages broader participation from our audience. While he is not yet modeling, we have plans to put him to use in other ways. He also earned 15 bad boy points, as all new subs must experience a bit of discipline.
turtle, our newest addition, has had a strong start. He has been obedient, active, and productive as a model, completing numerous assignments. He earned 500 good boy points and 25 bad boy points, mostly for missing a surprise assignment from Autumn. He has submitted a large number of unpublished photos, so expect to see much more of him soon.
Finally, duckie’s punishment ceremony is scheduled for April 8th. He will be taking a lashing for every bad boy mark accumulated across all of the boys listed above, in addition to 45 of his own. However, each boy has the opportunity to reduce that total by taking responsibility for their own punishments before the ceremony, either through their Dommes, owners, or self-administered discipline.
April is already shaping up to be a month of accountability. And I intend to see it through.
