Today we open the contents of Conclave V to everyone.

Until now, only the twelve voting members of the Conclave have had access to the resolutions as we debated and discussed each one in detail. That changes today. Transparency matters, and I want our readers to see how decisions are made.

Ballots have now been issued, and over the next ten days each Domme will cast her votes. While that process plays out, you are invited to read every resolution and follow along with the discussions behind them.

Here is a quick rundown of what we are voting on.

First, we have two resolutions focused on growth within our ranks. Resolution 5.4 will formally bring Mistress Jennifer in as a full voting member of the Conclave. Resolution 5.5 considers the promotion of our volunteer sub eleven, recognizing his continued service and contributions.

Next, three resolutions that will shape how FemdomU operates going forward.

Madam Nora’s resolution 5.1 establishes clear guidelines for when members of the Magazine engage in intimate interactions. This includes staff Dommes, Guest Dommes, staff subs, and volunteer subs.

Mistress Heather’s companion resolution 5.3 introduces the concept of a reasonable expectation of service. When a Domme and a sub are geographically close, there may be an expectation that service is provided. This is an important step in defining real-world dynamics within our structure.

Resolution 5.2 reinforces something already central to who we are. It formally cements sex positivity as a guiding principle across everything we do at FemdomU.

Finally, we have a more serious matter. A new type of resolution for us. We are considering issuing a writ of reclamation for volunteer sub boxingGloveLove, who has gone inactive. This includes the possibility of formal action, including punishment and demotion. It is not something we take lightly, but accountability matters.
