3.5 Declaration of FemdomU as an Educational Matriarchy

Official Text of the Resolution:
Be it resolved that the Domme Conclave of FemdomU formally declares the Magazine, its Conclave, and all affiliated projects to be part of an Educational Matriarchy.

This declaration affirms the philosophical foundation upon which all Domme-led engagements within FemdomU are built:

• Every interaction is inherently educational—designed to instruct, correct, and enlighten.
• Every policy and protocol exists to elevate the status of Dommes and to cultivate deeper submission and understanding among those who serve.
• Every dynamic reinforces the matriarchal hierarchy, with Dommes recognized as leaders, instructors, and authorities in all matters.

This resolution does not change existing rules or structures, but affirms our shared values and provides language that may be cited in future resolutions, mission statements, and disciplinary standards.
