Resolution 3.9 Request for Conclave Dick Rating: Eleven Sponsor: Mizz Geena
Official Text of the Resolution This resolution requests a formal Conclave Dick Rating for the volunteer submissive known as Eleven. Upon passage of this resolution, the Dommes of the Conclave shall each submit individual numerical ratings (1 to 10) and optional comments in six distinct categories:
Overall Aesthetic – General attractiveness, visual appeal, symmetry, and proportion.
Grooming & Hygiene – Cleanliness, trimming, skin care, and overall maintenance.
Presentation – Quality of the photographs submitted: angle, lighting, creativity, and reverence shown to the viewer.
Ball Support – Inclusion, care, and respectful display of the testicles.
Flaccid View – Natural hang, softness, visual interest in the resting state.
Erection Quality – Apparent firmness, stamina implications, and visible eagerness.
The Conclave’s final rating in each category will be determined by the average of all Domme submissions. All Dommes are encouraged to comment as part of their ratings. Comments may be published in full or excerpted for editorial presentation.
