Resolution 3.10 Title: Rating and Command of Volunteer Sub mommieslittlepet During Workout Program Sponsor: Mizz Geena
Official Text of the Resolution: This resolution calls upon the Conclave to collectively evaluate, rate, and formally conscript the volunteer submissive known as mommieslittlepet into a 90-day obedience workout protocol under the direction of his Command Domme, Mizz Geena.
During the Discussion Period, Conclave members are encouraged to provide open, critical assessments of the sub’s current physical condition using his pre-gym photo set. Feedback should focus on areas of improvement, encouragement, or commentary on his bodily discipline.
During the Voting Phase, the Conclave will:
Rate specific body areas of the sub using the following categories:
Chest (Pecs)
Shoulders (Deltoids)
Upper Arms (Biceps & Triceps)
Upper Back (Trapezius & Lats)
Forearms
Abdominals
Waistline
Glutes (Butt)
Quads (Front Thighs)
Hamstrings (Back Thighs)
Calves
Conclave Fitness Rating Key (1–10 Scale) Score Definition 1 – Critical Major deficiency. Severely underdeveloped or neglected. Immediate focus and long-term intervention required. 2 – Very Poor Extremely weak or imbalanced. Muscles show minimal engagement. Obvious lack of attention. 3 – Poor Below average for his body type and potential. Limited strength, shape, or function. Needs urgent work. 4 – Subpar Developing slightly but still noticeably behind. Evidence of recent effort may exist, but not yet effective. 5 – Mediocre Average but uninspiring. Improvement is clearly needed, but a foundation may be forming. 6 – Fair Slightly above baseline. Some progress showing. Needs consistent, focused training to advance. 7 – Good Solid effort visible. Muscles are responsive, form is improving. Continued work will yield strong results. 8 – Very Good Well-developed and well-balanced. Strength and shape are clearly visible. Only minor refinement needed. 9 – Excellent Near peak condition for a submissive body. Strong performance, aesthetic appeal, and clear evidence of discipline. 10 – Ideal Perfectly trained and proportioned. No improvement needed. Maintenance only. Serves as a physical example to others.
Vote to Command the sub to complete the 90-day program under the authority of Mizz Geena, with the understanding that:
The sub will follow her fitness, diet, photo documentation, and public nudity commands.
Ongoing punishments and rewards will be determined and administered by the Guest Domme, who may, at her discretion, request special commands from the Conclave using the Emergency Conclave Voting procedure.
The sub will publish a weekly progress report to theWHIP, including a photo. At minimum, this should include # of workouts, weigh-in, and any other relevant details.
A brief report on his progress will be provided to the Conclave at each session.
At the end of the 90 days, the Conclave will re-evaluate
Provide new ratings based on his progress.
Determine appropriate punishment or reward.
and vote on the continuance or modification of his training.
Voting Options:
Yes: Approve the ratings and command the sub to continue for 90 days.
No: Do not proceed with the program.
Vote to Amend: Approve the ratings and command, but offer an amendment to be considered for Conclave IV.
Note from the Sponsor: mommieslittlepet has shown a strong initial commitment. He’s 5’10”, 190 pounds, with a waist of 40 inches. He has already completed his first week of gym training under my command, including required locker room exposure to work on body confidence. Again I am blown away by what you ladies are doing on here. This sub could certainly benefit from some time at the gym. I can see where he’s got some muscles, he might just need to find them under some of that padding.
How often is he working out? Are you focusing on weightlost or muscle gain, both?

Geena – I’m not big on body shaping men – I like them in all sizes, and this one looks very sexy. His confidence is apparent in his poses, I’m guessing he really likes to show off. I know I’ve been following his other poses.
I’ll rate him based on your desire to get him to achieve results. I can see where he can lose some fat, gain some muscle.
