Content Is Queen – Announcing the Domme Conclave
If there’s one thing I constantly remind my staff of, it’s this: Content is Queen.
This guiding principle is at the heart of everything we do here at FemdomU Magazine. It’s why we created The WHIP, our behind-the-scenes blog, giving you a front-row seat to the lives and dynamics of our team. Through personal stories, reflections, and insights into our unique expressions of femdom and Female-Led Relationships (FLRs), we are building something more than a magazine—we’re building a living archive of real-world femdom experiences.
I’ve made it an edict: If you have a conversation that touches on femdom, turn it into content. Whether it’s a short exchange between team members, a question, a confession, or a spark of inspiration—it can be shaped into something meaningful: a WHIP blog post, a letter to the Forum, or even a future feature article.
We’re creating a repository of female dominance in practice, and that begins with our team. Every Domme’s style, every sub’s service, every dynamic shared—these are the stories that educate, inspire, and build the community we’re proud to lead.
Introducing the Domme Conclave
In the spirit of expansion and transparency, I’m also pleased to announce the launch of a new feature: the Domme Conclave.
What began as internal voting among our staff Dommes on key decisions is now evolving. We’re inviting our Guest Dommes to join the process and making it transparent to our readers. This will be a living body of leadership within the magazine, guiding how we operate, how we reward and discipline, and how we continue growing as a team.
Each Domme in the Conclave has one vote, and together we’ll decide on:
- Promotions and demotions in sub rankings
- Special rewards and punishments
- New rules and updates to existing protocols
- Sub evaluations, where Dommes can nominate their subs to be assessed by the full group
Our First Conclave: Opening Soon
The inaugural Domme Conclave has already been scheduled. The agenda will be sent to all voting Dommes on Saturday, March 29, and the Conclave will officially open on Tuesday, April 1.
The process will be structured in two parts:
- Days 1–5: Discussion period. Dommes may share comments, concerns, or endorsements for each agenda item.
- Day 6–15: Voting phase. Each Domme has 10 days to cast her votes.
Once the Conclave opens, the full agenda will be visible to everyone, and when it closes, vote totals will be published for transparency.
This is a powerful new chapter for FemdomU. With content flowing freely and our leadership growing stronger, we’re building a platform that isn’t just about femdom—it is femdom in action.
Stay tuned—and as always, keep serving, keep writing, and remember: Content is Queen.
Warmest regards,

Editor-in-Chief, FemdomU Magazine
