Designing an Obedience Plan That Strengthens Your FLR
How to Build an Obedience Plan for the New Year
As the New Year approaches, it’s the perfect time to set fresh goals for your Female-Led Relationship (FLR). An Obedience Plan can serve as a roadmap for reinforcing your authority, improving your sub’s behavior, and fostering deeper trust and intimacy. Here’s how to design an effective and fulfilling Obedience Plan to make this year your most dominant yet.
1. Define Your Goals
Start by identifying what you want to achieve in your FLR. Do you want your sub to be more attentive, disciplined, or proactive? Maybe you want to explore new dynamics like chastity, service protocols, or punishment routines. Be specific about your objectives so you can measure progress throughout the year.
Examples of Goals:
- Improve household chore consistency.
- Establish a stricter bedtime routine.
- Introduce weekly check-ins for accountability.
- Expand your sub’s limits in areas like discipline or service.
2. Create a Structure
A successful Obedience Plan thrives on clear structure and consistency. Decide how you will implement and enforce your expectations. This might include daily tasks, weekly rituals, or monthly milestones.
Components to Include:
- Daily Duties: Assign specific tasks like preparing meals, cleaning, or running errands.
- Behavioral Rules: Outline expectations for behavior, such as addressing you with proper titles, maintaining eye contact, or seeking permission for personal activities.
- Weekly Rituals: Schedule moments of reflection, such as a Sunday evening performance review or a gratitude journal entry for your sub.
3. Introduce Incentives and Consequences
Motivation is key to maintaining your sub’s enthusiasm and dedication. Clearly outline rewards for compliance and punishments for disobedience. Ensure both are tailored to your dynamic and your sub’s personality.
Reward Ideas:
- Granting a release from chastity.
- Offering more time at your feet or an intimate session.
- Allowing a special privilege, like choosing a date night activity.
Punishment Ideas:
- Writing lines or an essay about their failure.
- Temporary loss of privileges, such as speaking freely or personal screen time.
- Physical discipline, like spanking or corner time.
4. Incorporate Self-Improvement for Your Sub
Help your sub grow into their role by including goals for self-improvement. Encourage them to focus on their health, skills, or mindfulness to better serve you.
Examples:
- Commit to regular exercise or yoga to improve stamina.
- Practice a new skill, like cooking or massage.
- Meditate daily to enhance focus and obedience.
5. Keep Communication Open
Check in regularly to ensure your Obedience Plan is working for both of you. Use these moments to praise progress, address challenges, and make adjustments. An FLR thrives on clear and honest communication.
6. Celebrate Milestones
Mark your achievements together to reinforce the bond you share. Celebrations could range from a special dinner to a playful reward session. Recognizing progress keeps the experience positive and rewarding for both parties.
Sample Obedience Plan Template:
Goal: Improve sub’s punctuality and responsiveness.
Daily Tasks:
- Wake up at 6:30 AM to prepare Mistress’s coffee.
- Respond to messages within 5 minutes unless excused.
Behavioral Rule: Always kneel when Mistress enters the room.
Weekly Ritual: Sunday evening reflection to review weekly performance.
Reward for Success: A foot massage session with Mistress’s praise.
Consequence for Failure: Write a 500-word essay on the importance of punctuality.
Final Thoughts
An Obedience Plan isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress. Tailor your plan to fit your dynamic, and remember to have fun along the way. This is your year to strengthen your dominance, deepen your connection, and create a more fulfilling FLR. Cheers to a New Year filled with control, obedience, and kinky satisfaction!
Those all sound very reasonable. For myself and CM, the kneeling never worked out for us. CM thought it was overkill, and with the kids, simply not practical. I definitely appreciate when the time is right and I’m expected to drop to my knees for CM. (I even have kneepads to help prolong my comfort in my proper position.)
Yeah kneeling is killer on the knees – I just figured out the kneepad thing a couple months ago – game changer!
