I bring this resolution forward because I believe it articulates something many of us already live by—but have not yet named. The concept of the Domme Prerogative is not new. It is fundamental to what we do, to who we are. But formalizing it gives us power. It gives us clarity. And it gives our submissives no room for confusion.

Too often, even in Femdom spaces, we see subtle pressures on Dommes to justify, explain, or negotiate their choices. This resolution is a line in the sand. It asserts, plainly and without apology, that a Domme has the right to prioritize herself—first, always, and even exclusively. She owes no explanation. She answers to no one.

By placing this definition in our Glossary and integrating it into our Magazine’s protocols, we are affirming that this isn’t just a personal preference—it is a recognized and protected standard. One that reflects the authority and autonomy of every Dominant Woman who participates in this space.

Let this be more than just a definition. Let it be a declaration. I urge you to vote in favor.

It has come to my attention—as I’m sure it has to yours—that some people are treating March 14th as “Steak and a Blowjob Day,” a so-called “anti–Valentine’s Day.” Let’s be clear: the entire concept is absurd.

We, as Dominant Women, do not need Valentine’s Day—or any other day—as a reason to be worshipped, pampered, or adored. And we certainly owe nothing in return. The idea that a woman’s attention must be repaid with service to a man is not only outdated—it’s insulting.

As Lady CM beautifully outlined in her post, this day holds potential. Rather than letting it be co-opted by some joke of a holiday built on male entitlement, let’s take it. Let’s claim March 14th as an annual day to honor Female Dominance—our leadership, our power, and our place at the center of any dynamic.

Vote yes on this resolution, and in our next Conclave, we’ll begin shaping how we want to celebrate it. By March 2026, we’ll have our own Femdom Day of Celebration—defined by us, for us.

While mrsub has provided valuable financial services to the Magazine, his promotion to a Level 3 was dependent upon him becoming an active content contributor. He has missed more deadlines on his introductory article than I care to keep track of.

I am sponsoring this resolution to make it clear to him that he must perform as commanded, or face consequences. The mere threat of being on the Conclave Agenda should bring him to his knees; if this body chooses to pass this resolution, he will learn a hard lesson in responsibility.

As his Oversight Domme, I am nominating anonsub to advance to a level 3 Volunteer service sub. As our very first volunteer, having signed a contract with us in 2021, anonsub may not be the most prolific contributor, but he has demonstrated loyalty.

Most of his work is behind the scenes, working on ai images, graphics, and research. I would like to recognize his loyalty and contributions with this promotion.

This resolution is about basic respect—and ensuring that our voices, when spoken, are heard and acknowledged.

When a Domme takes the time to comment on a sub’s work—whether it’s praise, correction, or inquiry—it is not a casual gesture. It is a deliberate exercise of authority and attention. For a sub to remain silent in response is not only discourteous, it’s a breakdown in the dynamic we’re here to uphold.

By passing this resolution, we are reinforcing a standard of responsiveness that supports our structure. It makes clear that our words are not optional reading. They demand a reply.

Now, I want to clarify something: due to the way our current tech system operates, subs are responsible for self-monitoring any Domme comments on their work, both in the Magazine and in theWHIP. In some instances, duckie may assist by flagging comments that need attention—but the ultimate responsibility lies with the sub. No excuses.

If this resolution passes, enforcement will be in the hands of each individual Domme. She will decide what constitutes a “timely” reply and apply punishment marks accordingly, based on what makes sense to her rhythm and preferences.

This is not about bureaucracy—it’s about maintaining the respect and responsiveness our structure depends on. I urge you all to vote yes.

Not everything we vote on here at the Conclave needs to be so serious! One of the privileges of being a Domme of the Conclave is being able to request an official Conclave Rating of your own submissive. This could be an image of a part of his body, or images of him in submissive poses – it’s upto you.

Conclave Agenda: Sub Punishment Proposal for thing2

One of the privileges of being a Domme in the Conclave is the ability to ask the collective to assign punishment to your submissive. Maybe you’re looking for a fresh perspective. Or perhaps you just want to inject a little extra fear—let your sub squirm knowing his fate is being decided by others. Not to mention the added layer of public humiliation.

In this agenda item, I’ll walk you through how you can use the Conclave to generate punishment ideas and have members vote on them—because I’m doing both.

First, the context: one of my personal subs, thing2, recently broke a family heirloom from my husband’s side. I’ve already written about the incident elsewhere, so I won’t repeat all the details here.

Now, I’m asking the Conclave to help me choose an appropriate punishment. I’ve come up with three distinct options, each with a clear rationale. These will be put up for vote during the Voting Phase.

But during the Discussion Phase—I want your ideas too. Unlike most agenda items, I’ll be able to view your comments as they come in. That way, if you suggest a punishment that resonates with me, I can add it to the official list before the voting begins.

Here are the three options I’m proposing to start with:

1. He gets my husband’s belt.
This one is about severity and symbolism. I can be soft on punishment, especially with a masochist like thing2 who needs real consequences to feel the weight of his actions. My husband doesn’t have that problem. He’ll deliver exactly 129 lashes with his belt—the number reflecting the price his father paid for the heirloom when he bought it for his mother. This will be a cold, calculated session, with no mercy and likely some need for aftercare. A punishment that carries both meaning and pain.

2. Switch places with the houseboy.
My subs live lives of servitude, but humiliation is tricky when that’s the norm. What would actually humiliate thing2? Forcing him to live a full month as the houseboy. He’d lose all rank, answering to everyone, not just me. All the lowest chores, the constant degradation, the loss of even the little privileges he takes for granted—he’d have it all. The houseboy, meanwhile, gets to rise up, while thing2 drops to the bottom.

3. A week with Earl.
Send him to Earl and Patty. If you’re unfamiliar—Earl is an old-school Dom, one who operates on a different level of intensity. He and his wife enjoy pushing limits (far beyond what I do), and while we don’t agree on everything, I trust him completely to stay within my red lines. He’s agreed to take thing2 for a full week as his personal slave. This is about stripping thing2 of comfort and control, showing him what it means to be property. Patty and Earl will make sure he wants to come home by the end of Day One.
