The Domme Conclave is FemdomU Magazine’s formal decision-making forum—a dignified space where all Staff and Guest Dommes have an equal voice in shaping the Magazine’s governance, culture, and internal protocols. Convened by the Editor-in-Chief, each Conclave spans 15 days: the first five for open discussion, the remaining ten for voting. Guided by a team of Directors, the Conclave ensures that every Domme can submit, comment on, and vote on resolutions—ranging from community rules to volunteer dynamics and discipline matters. Equal parts ritual and responsibility, the Conclave reflects our shared commitment to thoughtful leadership and collective power.
Conclave schedule
- June 10: Conclave III Opens; 5 -day Discussion Period Begins.
- June 14: Final day for Dommes to submit comments. Discussion Period ends at 11:59pm PDT.
- June 15: Voting Period Begins and lasts for 10-days, or until we achieve Full Command (100% of votes cast)
- June 24: Final day of Voting and the Conclave closes at 11:59pm PDT, unless already closed by Full Command.
- June 25: Conclave Results Published (*if Conclave closes early due to achieving Full Command, results are published the following day)

The Director's Report
As Managing Editor of FemdomU Magazine, Mistress Heather holds the seat of Chair of the Conclave Directors.
In her Opening Director’s Report, she covers any updates to internal Conclave business, changes in Memberships, and a Progress Report on any outstanding Conclave Commands.

As Command Domme, Mizz Geena overseas the performance of the submissives, both staff and volunteers. Her report to the Conclave covers any outstanding Conclave Commands to the subs, as well as a Quarterly Report Card.

In Conclave II, all four of my owned boys were honored with a double promotion—each moved up two full volunteer levels as part of a Conclave resolution recognizing their extraordinary service, commitment, and obedience.
Part of the resolution required that, under my direction as Command Domme, each boy would present a personal message of devotion to the Conclave. These messages were not scripted for them. They were guided only by their truth, their submission, and their desire to serve.

Resolution 3.1 – Welcome Mrs. Annie Strong as a Voting Member
This resolution proposes that Mrs. Annie Strong be welcomed as a full voting member of the FemdomU Conclave. Madam Nora has granted her the title of Guest Domme of the Magazine, and the Conclave Directors have voted to move this nomination forward to the full Conclave for final confirmation.
Resolution 3.2 – Amendment to Define Conclave Membership Process
This resolution amends the Conclave Charter to define the formal process of Conclave membership
Resolution 3.3 – Discussion for Naming and Claiming March 14 as Our Own
This is a discussion only resolution that follows Resolution 1.4 passed unanimously during Conclave I, wherein the Conclave formally recognized March 14 as a designated FemdomU holiday. This resolution instructs the members of the Conclave to now begin the process of naming this annual observance and determining its celebratory customs.
Resolution 3.4 – FemdomU Code of Conduct for Dommes
This resolution establishes the FemdomU Code of Conduct for Dommes, to be observed by all Staff and Guest Dommes of the Magazine. The purpose of this Code is to articulate professional standards of behavior, ensure consistent treatment of submissives, and uphold the values and reputation of FemdomU as we expand our community.
Resolution 3.5 – Declaration of FemdomU as an Educational Matriarchy
Be it resolved that the Domme Conclave of FemdomU formally declares the Magazine, its Conclave, and all affiliated projects to be part of an Educational Matriarchy.
Resolution 3.6 – Content is Queen
The Conclave affirms and adopts the directive known as Content is Queen as an official guiding principle of the Magazine. All Dommes and volunteer submissives are expected to prioritize the documentation, transformation, and sharing of FemdomU interactions, teachings, and lifestyle moments into publishable material for the benefit of our readership and community.
Resolution 3.7 – Command Zeek Strong to Fulfill the Oral Directive
By unanimous vote of the Conclave, Zeek Strong is hereby commanded to comply with what his wife, Mrs. Annie Strong, refers to as her Oral Command. Specifically, Zeek is ordered to cease use of his safeword in objection to performing oral sex on a male, when so instructed by Mrs. Annie Strong. He is further commanded to complete this act within 25 days of this resolution passing. Upon completion, Zeek shall write and publish a personal blog entry in theWHIP, describing the experience in detail for the benefit and education of the community.
Resolution 3.8 – Language Standards and the Term “Slave”
This resolution seeks the opinion of the Conclave regarding an active editorial policy already in place at FemdomU Magazine: the removal of the term "slave" and related terminology from all published content. This includes the glossary, article submissions, captions, and contributor materials. The editorial guide currently in use replaces terms such as “slave” and “slave owner” with alternatives including “property,” “owned and collared,” and “Owner.”
Resolution 3.9 – Request for Conclave Dick Rating: Eleven
This resolution requests a formal Conclave Dick Rating for the volunteer submissive known as Eleven. Upon passage of this resolution, the Dommes of the Conclave shall each submit individual numerical ratings (1 to 10) and optional comments in six distinct categories:
Resolution 3.10 – Rating and Command of Volunteer Sub mommieslittlepet During Workout Program
This resolution calls upon the Conclave to collectively evaluate, rate, and formally conscript the volunteer submissive known as mommieslittlepet into a 90-day obedience workout protocol under the direction of his Command Domme, Mizz Geena.
During the Discussion Period, Conclave members are encouraged to provide open, critical assessments of the sub's current physical condition using his pre-gym photo set. Feedback should focus on areas of improvement, encouragement, or commentary on his bodily discipline.
