5 Ways I Plan To Improve as a Submissive Man

It’s been slightly more than two weeks since the volunteer process began. Now, in just over a fortnight it’s time to introduce myself to the FemdomU community and share all the ways my service here will improve me as a man. Not just as a submissive man, but as a complete man happily living in the vanilla world, as well.
First, let’s talk about the benchmark…where I am at today. I grew up in a chaotic, dysfunctional household rife with addiction, yet short on positive role-models. No degree on my wall taught me about living happy or navigating the nuances of relationships. Years ago I was forced to address the mental health challenges brought on by trauma, addiction, toxic relationships, etc. that were my lifelong norm.
Thanks to a 12-Step program (not AA…but one dealing with family dysfuntion, trauma, and addiction), spiritual work, and a number of therapists (including one specializing in BDSM!)…I’ve overcome mental health challenges preventing me from happiness.
Moreover, a few years ago I was injured in a car accident and the recovery process has been nightmarish: lawyers, insurance companies, physical pain, job loss, etc. I’m guilty of falling into the self-pity trap and not living up to my full potential. Here’s how I am going to improve and become more virtuous:
- Service work. How may I assist you?
- Less frequent masturbation. Virtue: Chaste
- More interest in self-development: personal health and finances. Gluttony
- End procrasination through self-discipline. Diligence
- Increase willingness to build trust.
