Conclave VII has officially entered its voting session. The discussion period is complete, and the Dommes of the Council are now casting their ballots on ten resolutions covering membership, volunteer advancement, Council procedure, safety, privacy, FemdomU policy, and community responsibility.

Now that we’ve reached this stage, we’ve also published the full text of each resolution along with our Council discussion for our readers. I encourage you to read them. You’ll see not only what we’re voting on, but some of the reasoning, questions, disagreements, and revisions that brought us to the final proposals.

Here is the short version of what is on the ballot:

7.1 welcomes Mistress Mary as a full Voting Member of the Conclave.

7.2 welcomes Mistress Déesse as a full Voting Member of the Conclave.

7.3 promotes otta to Level 3, Obedient Servitor, and formally appoints him as FemdomU’s shutterboy, recognizing the photography work and service he has been providing.

7.4 promotes Thanuj to Level 2, Devoted Contributor, recognizing his continued participation, reliability, and growing service within FemdomU.

7.5 amends our attendance rules so that voting membership also carries an expectation of participation. A missed ballot can result in probation, with continued absence potentially removing a member from voting for that session, while still allowing reasonable provisions for an announced leave of absence.

7.6 establishes the Conclave Inspection Roster. This creates a rotating system in which an Inspector Domme can be selected to conduct monthly inspections of submissives from the Magazine. I suspect our boys will find this resolution considerably more interesting than our administrative amendments.

7.7 establishes a formal Safety Checklist, giving us another tool for making good safety practices a consistent part of the activities, instruction, and expectations we promote.

7.8 creates a private Dommes’ chat, giving the women of the Conclave a dedicated space for more immediate conversation and coordination outside our formal Council proceedings.

7.9 adopts the Sexual Double Standard Declaration. It formally states a principle we have discussed extensively: female sexual freedom creates no corresponding male entitlement to sexual access, reciprocity, satisfaction, or equivalent freedoms within a consensually negotiated female-led dynamic. As a declaration, it is non-binding, but it will help guide Magazine policy and Academy teaching.

Finally, 7.10 establishes a community-service expectation for FemdomU staff and volunteer submissives. The proposal requires each of us to do something useful for the larger community every month, reinforcing the idea that the values we talk about here should occasionally accomplish something beyond our own little corner of the world.
