The Domme Conclave is FemdomU Magazine’s formal decision-making forum, a dignified space where all Staff and Guest Dommes have an equal voice in shaping the Magazine’s governance, culture, and internal protocols. Convened by the Editor-in-Chief, each Conclave spans 15 days: the first five for open discussion, the remaining ten for voting. Guided by a team of Directors, the Conclave ensures that every Domme can submit, comment on, and vote on resolutions ranging from community rules to volunteer dynamics and discipline matters. Equal parts ritual and responsibility, the Conclave reflects our shared commitment to thoughtful leadership and collective power.
