Resolution 7.10 Service Includes Community Service

Official Text of the Resolution
Whereas service within FemdomU should extend beyond assignments performed for the Magazine and provide meaningful benefits to the wider community;
Whereas submissives should demonstrate their usefulness through actions that improve the lives of others, with particular attention given to women and girls in need;
The Conclave hereby requires every staff and volunteer submissive of FemdomU Magazine to complete at least one act of community service during each calendar month.
Qualifying service may include volunteering time, providing needed labor, donating requested goods, fundraising, assisting a community organization, or completing another meaningful act of service. Whenever reasonably possible, submissives should prioritize organizations, programs, and direct efforts that support women and girls in need.
The Command Domme and Associate Command Domme shall oversee this program and determine appropriate rewards or remedial actions as necessary.
Any Domme of the Conclave may, at any time, command any or all submissives to provide an accounting of their compliance with this policy. Based upon the responses received, she may, at her discretion, assign Good Boy Points or Bad Boy Points to the submissives questioned.
Options for Vote
- YES – Establish a monthly community service requirement for all staff and volunteer submissives.
- NO – Do not establish a monthly community service requirement.
- ABSTAIN – Take no position on this resolution.

Majority Decision (more than 50% of votes cast, excluding abstentions)

Submission should amount to more than completing assignments, posing for photographs, and entertaining the women of FemdomU. Service is supposed to make life better for others. If our submissives claim to be useful, they should be expected to demonstrate that usefulness beyond the Magazine.
I especially want their efforts directed toward women who need practical support. Whether a boy gives his time to a women’s shelter, helps a local organization, collects requested supplies, participates in a fundraiser, or performs another worthwhile act, he should finish every month knowing that his service accomplished something real.
One meaningful act of community service each month is not an excessive demand. It is a reasonable minimum standard for boys who want the privilege of calling themselves submissives in service to women.
Annie I think this is terrific, and a natural progression for training the boys. Terrific idea!
I love this idea, Annie. Service should extend beyond what our boys do for the Magazine or their individual Dommes. Community service should be expected of all of us, and those who claim the title of submissive should be especially prepared to make themselves useful.
I also appreciate the accountability built into this resolution. It is easy for someone to say he values service, but those words mean very little without action. Requiring the boys to account for what they have done gives us an opportunity to recognize meaningful effort, correct those who fall short, and reinforce that service is a responsibility, not merely an identity.
This makes sense as a natural extension of what we expect from the submissive males at FemdomU. I wonder if it would be better to have their community service assigned by a domme? Or, how do you compare a sub who thinks donating his used underwear to Goodwill is the equivalant to another sub who brings groceries to an elderly neighbor?
Great questions – when Annie and I discussed, neither of us wanted an additional burden on ourselves for tracking. We determined it was best to leave it up to us to enforce at will. For example, I may command all boys to report their most recent community service fullfilment, and based on their answers assign good boy or badboy points. Or I may single out a single boy for improvement and put him on a plan where I may assign parameters around his service.
I think the important thing is creating the clear expectation, and then leaving enforcement flexible.
And btw – you or any other domme can also do the same thing, at anytime.
Geena and I had a discussion a couple weeks ago about her Academy training, so I know this fits in wonderfully. Service to Community is part of the overall picture.
I wonder, though – could ‘community service’ involve a sub servicing a needy woman? 🙂
Barb, you may joke, but yes under some circumstances.
However, I doubt the woman with a ranch full of worshippers would qualify as “needy” 🙂
No objection. But gotta say that the boys here will look at each other quizzically and ask if this isn’t what they’re doing already at our lawn parties … Ha! Guess we’ll consider broadening the definition.
Great idea, Annie. I love how this resolution would force the boys to expand their mindset beyond the walls of FDU, proving their submissive nature as a core identity rather than a part-time practice.
I also like Geena’s point on flexible enforcement. Keeping them under the constant assumption that we might audit their service logs at a moment’s notice adds a layer of psychological accountability.
The only caution or distinction I would make is that assigning “credit” for community service might connote charity or transactionality. Perhaps, through Academy training, they see this as a fundamental baseline of service, not a charitable “donation”. While I do appreciate the ‘kindness’ aspect, their training isn’t in philanthropy—it’s in fostering a genuine sense of their usefulness and/or duty, yes?
