Resolution 7.03 Promote otta and Appoint the FemdomU shutterboy

Official Text of the Resolution
WHEREAS, otta has demonstrated continued commitment to FemdomU and a willingness to contribute his professional photography knowledge in service to the Magazine and Academy;
WHEREAS, FemdomU will benefit from having a resident photography resource available to assist its Dommes, submissive models, and Academy students;
WHEREAS, the title of FemdomU shutterboy will recognize otta’s expertise while establishing photography as his specialized area of volunteer service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the FemdomU Conclave hereby promotes otta to Level 3 Volunteer, Obedient Servitor;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that otta shall be officially appointed the FemdomU shutterboy, serving FemdomU Magazine and the FemdomU Academy as his personal schedule permits;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Staff and Guest Dommes may call upon shutterboy for advice and assistance involving Magazine photography, Academy projects, private photography questions, photo critiques, project preparation, and the instruction of submissive models and Academy students;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Conclave members may direct Magazine submissives and Academy students to consult with shutterboy for guidance concerning lighting, framing, composition, posing, backgrounds, equipment, camera placement, image selection, and other photographic matters;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that shutterboy shall be granted limited authority within his recognized area of expertise. He may respectfully offer honest professional opinions, recommendations, and constructive criticism, including speaking without first being invited when he identifies a photographic problem or an opportunity to improve a FemdomU project. The respectful exercise of this authority shall not be considered insubordination;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that shutterboy may, as Academy enrollment and programming permit, operate the FemdomU Darkroom, a dedicated LiveChat space for photography instruction, photo critiques, demonstrations, project preparation, informal discussions, and Ask a Photographer sessions;
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that this appointment shall not remove otta from the established submissive hierarchy. He shall remain within the Submissive Order under Headboy eleven and Lead Sub Zeek, while continuing to report directly to Mizz Geena as Command Domme.
Options for Your Vote
- YES – I approve promoting otta to Level 3 Volunteer, Obedient Servitor, and officially appointing him as the FemdomU shutterboy.
- NO – I do not approve the proposed promotion and appointment.
- ABSTAIN – I choose not to vote for or against this resolution.
Passage Threshold
This resolution requires a Unanimous Decision of all Conclave members casting a YES or NO vote. Any NO vote shall prevent passage. Abstentions shall not be counted when determining unanimity.

otta possesses genuine professional photography experience, and he has shown a willingness to place that knowledge in service to FemdomU. This resolution gives that service a defined purpose while recognizing the value he has already brought to our community.
Photography is essential to the Magazine, but many of our submissive models are still learning how to present themselves properly. shutterboy can help them improve their lighting, composition, posing, and overall presentation. He can also advise our Dommes, assist Academy students, and eventually operate the Darkroom as a dedicated place for photography education.
I also want otta to understand that when we ask for his expertise, we expect an honest professional opinion. Respectfully telling a Domme that a photograph or creative idea could be improved is not disobedience. In this role, it is precisely the service we require from him.
Promoting otta to Obedient Servitor recognizes his progress within FemdomU. Appointing him as shutterboy gives him a specialized responsibility through which he can serve our Dommes, train our submissives, and improve the quality of our work. I ask the Conclave to vote YES.
I fully approve of this promotion. I have observed the stellar work otta produces in his own photographs, and his experience and attention to detail are obvious. Mizz Geena’s idea of creating the shutterboy role was inspired. It recognizes the contribution this boy has already made while giving him a defined way to offer even more.
More importantly, this creates an entirely new resource for the Dommes of FemdomU. Ladies, do not underestimate the value of having a professional photographer at our command for advice, project planning, constructive criticism, and help improving the images we publish.
I do have one question for you, Geena. Will shutterboy also be available to assist with photo processing and editing?
I certainly think we could use him as a resource for teaching some techniques, since duckie does the publication editing he could absolutely consult otta in this capacity.
I always defer to Geena on these since I don’t interact much with the boys except during a challenge. I do agree his photos excel and I’m curious about the new title of shutterboy. I’ll have to consider if I have a use for him in that capacity.
I have briefly corresponded with this boy for the DomU Games, and his photo was terrific. I can tell he works hard to serve, so this sounds terrific!
This sounds great. I’d back the promotion and the new title, especially if he’s going to be a resource to help some of the other men improve their photos.
Yes – he’s been a good boy. I tried to tease him a bit, but he’s just too sweet for me! He did confirm he’d be available for providing in-person private shoots for any of the Dommes – but I’m not sure any of us are local to him. Still, I’m sure he can help some of the others improve their photos.
Can’t agree more that too many photos are neither well conceived nor well executed. Can definitely but this boy’s expertise to use.
