Resolution 7.06 The Conclave Inspection Roster

Official Text of the Resolution
Whereas regular inspections encourage accountability, improve presentation standards, and allow the Dommes of FemdomU to participate directly in the training and evaluation of the Magazine’s submissives;
Be it hereby resolved that the FemdomU Conclave shall establish the Conclave Inspection Roster, a rotating monthly program in which selected subs of the Magazine shall be required to submit photographs demonstrating grooming, posture, fitness, attire, or another announced standard.
Each monthly inspection shall be led by a member of the Conclave who shall receive the temporary title of Inspector Domme for the duration of that inspection.
The Inspector Domme shall be selected at random from among the eligible Conclave members who volunteer. Until every interested Domme has conducted an inspection, only Dommes who have not yet served as Inspector Domme may volunteer. After all interested Dommes have completed a turn, the roster shall reset.
The Command Domme shall be responsible for collecting volunteers, conducting the random selection, maintaining the roster, and supporting the administration of each inspection.
The Inspector Domme shall work with the Command Domme to select up to 5 Magazine subs for inspection duty. The selected subs shall be required to follow the announced instructions and submit the requested photographs by the established deadline.
The Inspector Domme shall determine the focus, requirements, and standards of her inspection. These may include grooming, posture, fitness, attire, obedience to posing instructions, photographic presentation, or another appropriate area of evaluation.
The Command Domme is hereby directed to prepare a standard inspection form containing optional areas the Inspector Domme may wish to evaluate. The form may include compliance with instructions, grooming, posture, attire, physical presentation, photographic quality, overall performance, required corrections, and recommended rewards or consequences.
The inspection form shall serve only as a resource. Each Inspector Domme shall retain the authority to select the factors she wishes to rate, modify the suggested categories, establish her own standards, or conduct her written evaluation in another manner of her choosing.
The completed written inspections shall be published in FemdomU Magazine together with the approved inspection photographs. Each publication shall identify the Inspector Domme and preserve her findings as part of the official record of submissive service at FemdomU.
Participation as Inspector Domme shall be voluntary. No member of the Conclave shall be required to volunteer or conduct an inspection.
Options for Vote
- YES: Establish the Conclave Inspection Roster under the terms described in this resolution.
- NO: Do not establish the Conclave Inspection Roster.
- ABSTAIN: Decline to vote either in favor of or against this resolution.
Passage Threshold
This resolution requires a Majority Decision (>50%) of all votes cast. Abstentions shall not be counted when calculating the required majority.

A submissive who serves FemdomU should understand that his presentation may be inspected. Grooming, posture, attire, fitness, and attention to instructions all reveal something about his discipline. A formal inspection gives a Domme the opportunity to examine those details carefully, while giving the boy a very good reason not to become lazy or complacent.
I especially like that a different Conclave member will take charge each month. Every woman notices different things. One may be exacting about grooming, another may care about posture or fitness, and another may decide that the boys need to demonstrate how well they present themselves in assigned attire. Each Inspector Domme will be free to create an inspection reflecting her own interests and standards.
The standard form will make the process easier to administer, but it will never dictate how a Domme conducts her inspection. She may use every suggested category, select only those relevant to her plans, or devise an entirely different examination. Her authority as Inspector Domme should be meaningful, not merely ceremonial.
Our submissives volunteer to be seen, evaluated, trained, and used in service to FemdomU. This roster will make those expectations visible while giving the women of the Conclave another enjoyable way to participate directly in their development. I encourage every Domme to vote yes, volunteer when her turn comes, and decide exactly what she wants our boys to present for her examination.
This is a wonderful idea. It gives each of the ladies an opportunity to show her own style by creating a different kind of inspection, while keeping the boys on their toes because they will never know who is inspecting them or what she may demand.
I did notice that the resolution refers broadly to the subs of the Magazine rather than limiting the roster to volunteer subs. Does this mean our staff boys will also be available for selection and inspection duty? I certainly hope so.
Hi Heather – right now the staff boys are not models, so in this capacity they would not be selected until we adjust their contracts.
This sounds fun and I’m sure i’d want to participate, but wonder how much time would be involved do you think?
Great question, and the main reason for setting this at “upto 5” subs.
I imagine a bit of setup for the Inspector Domme to decide what she wants to inspect – I’dprobably have a couple templates like full-body, cock and balls, etc. to choose from, or she can create her own set of inspection instructions.
The boys would have a deadline to submit their inspection photos, and the Inspector would write her notes. Maybe create a paragraph summary, at minimum, per boy inspected.
So, I’d think this would be a minimal time commitment overall – whatever time she devotes to reviewing the photos and writing out her reviews. Maybe an hour?
Thank you, Geena. That sounds reasonable – I’m a yes both for the resolution and to be a volunteer for the Inspector role.
I love this idea. It’ll be a great way to practice inspecting and get to know the boys better. Hopefully all the boys. I do second Amanda’s quest about how much time this will consume. That will determine if I volunteer to be an inspector or not.
Great point – I wish I’d had this opportunity to practice virtually before I started taking my first subs. Sure I found my way pretty quick, but I think having the trained ability to inspect a male’s body for our own pleasure, our own preferences, and be bluntly honest with him, especially if there are things he can improve. I learned quickly not to put up with subs who didn’t groom themselves how I want, or who didn’t keep their bodies in shape how I want. Let’s all practice on the magazine boys! 🙂
I’d be much more interested if I could command them to report to me here for inspection, but… next to that this sounds fun. Counting how many ladies we have here, I wonder if we should make room for multiple women to command an inspection each month? Just a thought?
Hi Barb – you’re right, we might want to increase the number of inspections. Perhaps we should change that to at least one Inspector Domme per month. Give us flexibility to do more than one per month, if the interest in participating is there.
I think this formalizes something we all could be doing at anytime.
Correct Autumn – any one of us can, at anytime, command the boys to report for inspection photos. This would create a formal process to ensure a monthly inspection is conducted, and we’ll have a simplified output process so we can publish the photos and the Inspector’s reviews.
Mostly I enjoy looking at the galleries you’re publishing, so yes let’s include a monthly inspection. Perhaps I’ll even volunteer to inspect!
Frequent inspections are a must. Once a month for up to 5 boys isn’t onerous. I will say that the quality of photos needs improvement. Maybe the new shutterboy can impact these immediately. I’m YES on this.
