Resolution 7.02 Welcome Mistress Déesse as a Voting Member

Official Text of the Resolution
Whereas, Mizz Geena has formally nominated Mistress Déesse for membership in the FemdomU Conclave of Dommes;
Whereas, the Directors of Conclave have reviewed and accepted the nomination;
Whereas, Madam Nora Sinclair has granted her approval for the nomination to proceed;
Whereas, Mistress Déesse has participated in the FemdomU community and demonstrated her interest in contributing to its activities and continued growth;
Whereas, confirmation by the current voting members is the final step required to complete her appointment;
Therefore, be it resolved, that Mistress Déesse is hereby confirmed and formally welcomed as an official voting member of the FemdomU Conclave;
Be it further resolved, that Mistress Déesse shall receive the full rights and privileges of Conclave membership, including the authority to participate in discussions, sponsor resolutions, cast votes, and exercise all other powers granted to voting members under established Conclave policies; and
Be it finally resolved, that her membership shall become effective immediately upon confirmation and shall validate her vote on all resolutions presented during this Conclave session.
Options for Your Vote
- No Objection – I support welcoming Mistress Déesse as a voting member of the FemdomU Conclave.
- Objection – I object to this nomination.
In the event of one or more objections, the objecting member or members may submit their concerns privately to Madam Nora Sinclair for review and discussion.
Passage Threshold
This resolution requires a Unanimous Decision for passage. If every participating Conclave member selects No Objection, Mistress Déesse shall be confirmed immediately and formally welcomed as a voting member.
If one or more objections are submitted, confirmation shall be paused while Madam Nora Sinclair privately reviews the concerns and determines whether further discussion or a subsequent vote is required.
Note from the Sponsor
I have enjoyed working with Mistress Déesse as we have begun developing training plans for her own submissive, pute, whom she also brought to the Magazine. Those conversations have allowed me to see her approach to authority, her expectations for her sub, and her willingness to work with FemdomU to expand his training and service.
Through pute, we have also seen evidence of a structured dynamic built upon clear authority, established expectations, and meaningful submission. Mistress Déesse’s experience as an owner will add valuable perspective to our discussions, particularly as the Conclave continues developing policies and opportunities involving the submissives who serve FemdomU.
I nominated Mistress Déesse because I believe she will contribute practical experience and an independent voice to our work. She understands that authority carries responsibility, and she has demonstrated a willingness to engage personally with the Magazine while encouraging her sub to participate under her direction.
Her nomination has received the approval of our Directors and Madam Nora. I now ask the members of the Conclave to complete the process by confirming Mistress Déesse and welcoming her as one of our official voting members.

I have been impressed by the reports of your command over pute and by the way he has demonstrated the results of your training through his service to the Magazine. I look forward to learning more about you, hearing your perspective, and having you contribute to our growing group of Dommes.
