If a scene involves movement, restraint, or physical control, knowing how to fall safely is essential. Whether you are being guided, pulled, or you simply lose your balance while bound, your instinct should be to protect your head and neck first. Tuck your chin toward your chest, keep your arms ready to absorb impact, and avoid locking your joints or going rigid. A stiff body is more likely to get injured. Practice controlled movement when possible so your reactions become natural. Submission is not just about willingness. It requires body awareness and the ability to protect yourself when things do not go exactly as planned.
