Turn self-improvement into a task. Let your Domme help you choose a goal—whether it’s drinking more water, going for walks, or attending therapy. Reporting progress becomes part of your service, and meeting that goal earns her approval.
Nursedomme Jessica

The more I read here not only is it the more I’m hooked, but also how out of sync I am with like, everything.
Now it’s not all bad news, this month with the magazines focus has been quite the wake up.
I’m more aware of my body, not just how it looks, and acceptance. But the numbers, from there I’m now taking steps to improve my health – I’ve got best part of 25 years of ‘that’ll do’ in me.
Some of its being lazy (simply put) other is physical limitation. So I’m owning that too, I’ve taken that Uk NHS health check – im low risk, my bloods are normal – I don’t believe my prostate levels were checked from what I read – but I believe that’s UK and based on family risk. I shall enquire more though.
The other thing is, I self referred for back pains I’ve had for maybe 13 years. Today i got a request to book an appointment – 4th August.
Now I know I’m miles away from prime, from fit. But I’m moving, forward.
