If you spend a lot of time kneeling, take care of those joints. Use a kneeling pad or soft surface, especially on hard floors. Over time, poor support can lead to inflammation or long-term pain. Serving on your knees shouldn’t mean suffering in silence.
Thanks for the advice NurseDomme Jessica. I had a knee replacement this past June.
I came off my bike back in November and still struggle with my knee, its surprising how many things it impacts when there is an injury, i’m very much for planning ahead, add extra padding, a blanket a cushion where approriate for tasks or simple move onto carpet for a little extra layer.
As you say, indrect or unintentional pain isn’t the aim, say something and/or adjust.
