Once my submission was coerced,
Since then it’s been a gift.
Most times a play that’s well rehearsed,
At times a heavy lift.

Whichever way it is required,
For one must always lead;
And better that it be desired,
And so conform to need.

There’s never any need to fight
Once her decision’s made,
For me submission’s a delight,
Her will to be obeyed..

I only pray she equally
Delights to be obeyed by me.
