Little behind on this one, had quite the day yesterday (details on that in Entry 5!) paired with a bug that’s just knocking me sideways. So probably  short one!   So my day 3 task I’m not sure if this was given as a warm up, a ‘what’s to come’ or a bit of a test....

This isn’t about being skinny—it’s about blood pressure, glucose, joints, and energy. Being too heavy or too thin can put stress on your body. Talk to your doctor about what’s healthy for you, not what the internet says you should look like.

In ConclaveIII, we unanimously agreed to conscript our volunteer mlp to command workouts with the required outcome of an improved body rating. As the boy just recalled to me in his email reply to this plan: "I’m starting to feel like the entire conclave's little bitch...
