February Sub Performance Report
Not a good end to the month. When I had checked in just 10 days back, all of the subs at that point had earned more good boy points than punishments. It seemed so positive. I thought we had all good boys!
And then it all seemed to fall apart as the Dommes weighed in on performance, individual staff subs made huge errors, and a few lessons needed taught. The result? The largest number of punishment marks earned in a single month yet, and an unrealistic number of punishment lashings duckie is assigned for his IRL ceremony in just a week.
