From September 15 through September 29, 2026, the Staff and Guest Dommes of FemdomU will discuss and vote upon a new collection of resolutions concerning the Magazine, the Academy, our volunteers, and the future of the Conclave.
The first five days, September 15 through September 19, are reserved for private discussion. During this period, only the Dommes of the Conclave may access the resolutions, review the proposals, and participate in the official comments.
This private period allows our members to speak openly, ask questions, debate the details, and consider possible consequences before voting begins. Some proposals may earn quick agreement, while others are likely to inspire stronger opinions and a much livelier discussion.
On September 20, the voting phase will begin. At that time, the complete resolutions and discussion records will be opened for the public to read. Voting will remain open through September 29, unless every eligible ballot is submitted early and the Conclave achieves Full Command.
What Is on the Agenda
Without revealing the confidential details of the resolutions, I can say that Conclave VII has a full and varied agenda.
Our members will consider welcoming two new Guest Dommes into the Conclave and promoting two submissive volunteers in recognition of their service and development. We will also debate proposals involving Conclave participation, communication among our Dommes, new expectations for Magazine submissives, health and safety standards, and additional opportunities for Dommes to exercise authority over our volunteer boys.
There is also at least one declaration on the agenda that I expect will generate particularly strong opinions, both inside the Conclave and among our readers once it becomes public.
For now, the resolutions remain in the hands of the Dommes. The private discussion has begun, and the ladies are free to question, challenge, support, and shape the proposals before them.
On September 20, we will open the doors and allow everyone to see what the Conclave has been discussing.
