I’ll be honest, Up until the last few weeks I was one of those who didn’t check – being transparent I had no idea when I actually did. I now aim to check weekly on a Sunday either during or post shower as its the one day i’m not up, out or starting the morning rush to get out the door.
Further adding, this is a weak area in my education anyway as other than the broad ‘check for lumps’ or ‘check for changes’ I dont really know what i’m doing, and I pray that doesn’t change and during 1 check there might be something different. For me now I do think that is my next potential shell up moment – how i’d react if i did find something different.

Great guidance!! The annual physical isn’t sufficient when cancer is possible. Plus, subs get their balls handled / “trained” often – a reason for more frequent inspections.
