Conclave V Results

The following resolutions were presented before the FemdomU Conclave during Conclave V. Voting has now concluded early because we achieved Full Command (100% of ballots cast), and the official outcomes are recorded below.

5.1 Guidelines for Personal Interactions Between Dommes and Magazine Subs

Outcome: PASSED 100% (12/12 Votes) with a proposed amendment scheduled for review during the next Conclave

Result:
The Conclave has formally adopted the Staff and Volunteer Interaction Policy as official operating procedure for FemdomU Magazine. Staff Dommes and volunteer submissives may engage in private communication and interactions, however in-person interaction involving Staff Dommes and volunteer subs must first be approved by Mizz Geena, Command Domme, except in cases involving pre-existing ownership or relationship structures already recognized by the Conclave (pending active amendment). Consent agreements and reporting expectations are now considered standing policy. The Conclave further affirmed that safety, accountability, transparency, and clear authority structures are essential to the continued growth of the Magazine.

5.2 Sex Positivity as Official Policy

Result:
The Conclave has officially recognized sex positivity as a core guiding principle of FemdomU Magazine. The Magazine will continue promoting consensual, informed, ethical, and structured exploration of sexuality and power exchange without shame. The resolution confirms that consent, communication, accountability, and intentional authority remain central expectations within all official FemdomU spaces and activities.

5.3 Reasonable Expectation of Service

Result:
The Conclave has established that Dommes of the Conclave may hold a reasonable expectation of voluntary service from submissives of the Magazine when geographically practical. Staff Dommes are granted unrestricted access to request such service, while Guest Dommes must receive approval from the Command Domme prior to exercising this privilege. Volunteer submissives retain the ability to decline due to practical limitations, safety concerns, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances, and shall generally be given the benefit of the doubt when unable to attend.

5.4 Welcome Mistress Jennifer as a Voting Member

Result:
Mistress Jennifer has officially been welcomed as a voting member of the FemdomU Conclave and recognized as a Guest Domme of the Magazine. With the passage of this resolution, she is granted all privileges and responsibilities afforded to voting members of the Conclave, including participation in discussions, policy votes, collaborative projects, and future resolutions.

5.5 Promotion of Volunteer Sub Eleven

Outcome: PASSED 92% (11/12 Votes)

Result:
Volunteer sub eleven has officially been promoted from Level 3 Obedient Servitor to Level 4 Trusted Subordinate within the FemdomU hierarchy. The Conclave recognized his continued obedience, willingness to accept difficult commands, participation in Academy activities, and ongoing usefulness to the Magazine and the Dommes of the Conclave. With this promotion, eleven is now recognized as holding elevated trust and standing within the organization.

5.6a Conclave Action Regarding Volunteer Sub boxingGloveLove

Outcome: PASSED 100% (12/12 Votes)

Result:
Volunteer sub boxingGloveLove has formally been designated reclaimable property of the Conclave following his disappearance, prolonged inactivity, abandonment of assigned responsibilities, and failure to maintain communication with the Magazine and its leadership. Any Domme who identifies, locates, or otherwise brings BGL into custody for the purpose of administering punishment on behalf of the Conclave shall be granted the honorary title of Conclave Huntress and formally recognized within the Magazine. Should the enforcing Domme not already hold membership within the Conclave, she shall immediately be elevated to full membership status. Upon apprehension, BGL’s punishment shall include a minimum of seventy five administered lashings, verified photographic and/or video documentation of the punishment, and a written apology submitted for publication on the FemdomU Magazine blog.

5.6b Reduction in Rank and Removal of Titles for Volunteer Sub boxingGloveLove

Outcome: FAILED 33% (4/12 Votes)

Result:
The proposed resolution to strip boxingGloveLove of his titles and reduce him fully back to novice standing failed to achieve the required supermajority vote threshold. As a result, his existing rank and earned titles remain intact at this time pending any future review, disciplinary action, return to service, or additional Conclave proceedings.
