Resolution 5.3 Reasonable Expectation of Service

Official Text of the Resolution:
Whereas the FemdomU Magazine operates under a structured dynamic of authority, service, and consent between Dommes of the Conclave and the submissives connected to the Magazine;
Whereas opportunities for in-person interaction may arise due to travel, relocation, or shared geographic proximity;
Be it resolved that a reasonable expectation of service shall exist when a submissive is in the same geographic region as a Domme of the Conclave, particularly in cases where the submissive has traveled into the Domme’s home city or operating area.
Be it further resolved that this expectation shall be considered present but reduced in obligation when the Domme is the traveling party entering the submissive’s home region, recognizing the difference in circumstance and control of environment.
Be it further resolved that this policy will work in conjunction with, if passed, Resolution 5.1 Guidelines for Personal Interactions.
Be it further resolved that Staff Dommes of the Conclave shall have unrestricted access to this expectation of service, consistent with their authority and standing within the Magazine.
Be it further resolved that Guest Dommes may only access this expectation of service upon prior approval from the Command Domme, ensuring oversight, consistency, and protection of all parties involved.
Be it further resolved that all such service remains non-compulsory for volunteer submissives, and no punitive action shall be taken solely for inability or refusal to attend.
Be it further resolved that, in all cases, the submissive shall be given the benefit of the doubt regarding availability, logistics, safety, personal obligations, or other limiting factors that may prevent service from occurring. Good faith communication is expected from both parties.
Be it further resolved that all interactions under this expectation remain subject to existing Conclave policies regarding consent, privacy, and conduct, including but not limited to Resolution 5.1.

This resolution requires a Super Majority (over 2/3 voting yes) to pass.

- Vote NO to reject the policy
- AMEND – Withhold vote and offer changes to the resolution to be considered at the next Conclave.
- ABSTAIN – Relinquish your vote on this resolution.

This resolution reflects a reality we are already approaching. As our network grows, travel and proximity will create moments where service is possible. I want those moments to be understood, structured, and fair. This is not about forcing access. It is about recognizing opportunity, reinforcing authority, and maintaining respect for the real lives of our submissives. When a sub comes into our space, he should understand what that means. When we enter his, we remain mindful of what that means as well.

Interesting, and I can’t wait to enjoy the benefits, but it seems a bit vague on details – exactly what do we consider ‘service’ in this rule?
Essentially what you may want it to mean. It’s no secret these boys live to serve us, and this creates an additional opportunity for that to happen, under conditions that keep everyone safe. And, under 5.1 we’ll have rules in place and any sub involved in IRL will have their consent forms completed, outlining any limits and establishing their safewords.
Please note – we don’t expect these resolutions to cause a big increase in these IRL situations. We are not suddenly passing the boys around for sexual gratification. This is to keep us on track as we grow, set some guidelines, and ensure that when/if these types of situations arise, everyone knows how to proceed.

I’m with Jessica, getting back to my comment on 5.1 about seeing what a “consent agreement” might look like.
I think this is great – service is what we command. It would be good to count on our Magazine subs as extras when I’m traveling and need a face to sit on. Love this!
This is an excellent source, the subs need accurate precise, clear information and clear expectations. An open line of communication is vital and always 100% consent.so many Pro Dommes are not transparent and problems can occur. Also, Pro Dommes need to be 100% upfront, genuine in themselves and what they offer in their sessions.
Again, I wonder if we need that exception, I doubt you want me calling you when I visit Nora and want to sit on duckie’s face for awhile! 🙂
I think we intended to leave it open in this agenda item, since the sub still has the ability to make their best effort. Let’s say I visit Portland and decide I want to use our sub Zeek who lives there. If he’s not available/able because his owner, for any reason, doesn’t allow it, he would simply have to decline.
The idea here isn’t forced service – but clearing up what’s a reasonabl expectation for service. I think this resolution stands strong as is, and I do encourage all to vote yes.
