Can’t agree more …the essence of my comment in the Conclave. Its not about traditional strength training – lifting – but instead a more modern approach focused on CORE – CORE – CORE!!! …. as a “for instance:” lots of small weights for moderate reps in pilates positions, demanding (again, for example) command of plank positions and also those balanced on one foot, including some with the off foot raised – knee to the chest, for example. This translates directly to better achievement – a more youthful and aesthetically pleasing – and sustainment of submissive and service positions.
This may all come across as gobble-de-gook. But its one of those things that when seen is understood., like evaluating gymnasts.
So maybe this is it: get them to be little gymnasts. Not tumbling aspects, instead only initial and finishing positions, achieved and maintained perfectly.
Hit the nail on the head, Domme Jessica.
If I may say, I feel that hiking is damn near the most complete workout for building up that strength and stamina. Doesn’t even feel like miles when you’re out in the sun.
Then you end up all happy and proud of yourself.
Hiking is another one of those things that my beloved domme showed to me way back in the day, that I carry with me always now.
Thank you again for the wisdom, Mistress.
