Modeling Consent

● I (“Participant”) am taking part in the creation or appearance of Adult or 18+ content that will be hosted on FemdomU.com or any affiliated websites owned, managed, or operated by FemdomU.

● I am 18 years of age or older.

● I have provided a valid government issued identity document to the Creator or Content Uploader. The Creator or Content Uploader has verified that I am at least 18 years of age by viewing the following ID which clearly displays my date of birth. I have checked the applicable box:

● I consent to being recorded, photographed, filmed, or otherwise depicted in Adult or 18+ content created by the Creator or Content Uploader named below.

● I consent to my image, voice, performance, likeness, and depiction being uploaded to, published on, or distributed through FemdomU.com and any affiliated websites, mobile applications, members areas, or digital platforms used or operated by FemdomU.

● I consent to my image, depiction, and performance being viewed, streamed, accessed, or downloaded by users or members of FemdomU.com and its affiliated websites. I understand that visibility may include both restricted subscriber access and public visibility depending on the Creator’s intended use.

● I understand that FemdomU may remove any content if required for legal, compliance, or verification reasons. If content involving my participation is removed due to missing consent documentation, I may request reinstatement by submitting the required documents.

● I authorize the Creator or Content Uploader and FemdomU to store my consent documentation, including identification documents, in compliance with legal record keeping requirements. I authorize them to provide this documentation to FemdomU administrators, legal authorities, payment processors, hosting providers, or other required third parties for the purpose of compliance and verification.
